Shakouri Group (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through shakourigroup.com, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

    We only collect what you choose to give us, mainly through our contact form:

    • Your name and business email address
    • Your phone number, if you provide it
    • Your industry and the services you're interested in
    • Anything you write in your message

    Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and performance purposes.

    By submitting the contact form you consent to us using your information to respond to you. We won't add you to a marketing list without your separate permission, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@shakourigroup.com.

  4. 04Who we share it with

    We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

    • Vercel, which hosts this website
    • Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
    • Google, which provides the embedded map on our contact page

    Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also disclose information where required by law.

  5. 05Cookies

    Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google Map on our contact page, may set its own cookies under that provider's privacy policy.

  6. 06How long we keep it

    We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, or as required by law. After that, we securely delete it.

  7. 07How we protect it

    We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled systems, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

  8. 08Your rights

    You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@shakourigroup.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

    We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
